We offer a 30-Day Trial Guarantee on AQUADAY™ showerheads. Other products come with a 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. We do not guarantee your monitor’s display of any color is accurate.

We reserve the right to limit sales or quantities per person or region and may discontinue any product at any time.

6. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including fraud, suspicious behavior, or reseller activity.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to Malaysia and Singapore only.

  • Courier: GDEX
  • Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays in Kuala Lumpur)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over RM80 are eligible for free shipping
