Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are returning part of a bundle, the original bundle discount may no longer apply.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at aquaday.my@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at wasap.my/60189583382 within 7 days. We will arrange for a refund or replacement.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. If the order has already been shipped, you may return the item after receiving the parcel.
